Launch Lifestyle was created to tell the stories and capture the quirks of the evolving Southern culture of North Alabama. The name Launch, as it were is less about rockets and more about a South reinventing itself – bursting at the seams in all different directions of art, innovation, and entertainment. At the heart of these new endeavors are the individuals willing to make waves. We are here to tell those stories, something innovative, interesting, and savory.

In our pages you’ll find stories about families – bonded by blood or by choice, the perfect recipe for your grandmother’s fried green tomatoes, the newest music heard around town, and rocket scientists who brew beer when they aren’t launching rockets. You might see a fabulous jacket from Roosevelt and Co, paired with a classic leather belt from the Goody Vault Vintage Goods at Clinton Row. You’ll find the perfect gift guide for brides, beer nerds, fashionistas, and even your neighbor who is secretly raising chickens in his backyard.

You will almost always find a peek into a really cool space, whether it’s a downtown mansion or a 600 square foot loft apartment on top of a converted garage (let’s be honest, don’t we all want a peek into people’s homes?) We might show you how to set the perfect holiday table, create the perfect gift basket, or pair the perfect pinot with an afternoon cheese plate.
